The hotel is located approximately 300 yards from the white sandy beach and blue Caribbean water, only a short stroll past interesting shops and restaurants. The bus station, banks and post office are only a block away as well as Avenida Juarez. which is the main commercial street of Playa. Here businesses that cater to the local residents may be found such as, clothing and shoe stores, hardware suppliers, grocery and drug stores, bakeries, and local restaurants.

Just over a block away is Quinta Avenida which runs parallels to the beach for several blocks and is commonly referred to as the Pedestrian Walkway. This is the main tourist artery of Playa where a myriad of specialty shops and boutiques, and dozens of excellent bars and restaurants offering every type of cuisine imaginable, may be found.
